Health and Social Care Connections is a listening programme, which aims to connect senior managers in health and social care with local people, providing a platform to have a discussion about what matters most to people.

Leaders from across the health and social care system will come together as one #TeamOxfordshire, so that they can listen to people's experiences around health and social care, in the broadest sense of the term, and find out what matters to them most.

As an Oxfordshire resident you are invited to share your experiences of health and social care services by meeting with senior figures in the NHS and county council at community events this summer.

The health and care connections are being hosted by the local NHS - led by the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) - in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council, the organisation responsible for the provision of statutory adult social care services for the region.

Representatives from Oxfordshire's health and social care teams will be attending a range of community events throughout this summer. Find out where below and we will be adding to this so watch this space. We look forward to meeting you!
